Refund and Exchange Policy

At Champers Pickleball, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth return or exchange experience.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Tags must be intact, and items must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable).

Footwear must be unworn and include the original box.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Clearance items or items explicitly designated as “Final Sale.”

Undergarments and swimwear for hygiene reasons.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration, including scuffs, stains, or damage.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the return.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the desired item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact Us: Email Support@champerspickleball.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.

2. Ship the Item: Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake or defective product.

3. Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange accordingly.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Clearance and Final Sale Items

All clearance items and items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
